All prices, treatments and information are correct at the time of posting this website and are subject to revision without notice.

We would like to ensure that your appointment at the salon runs as smoothly as possible. Please read our booking rules and guidance so that you get the most from your visit to us.

  • We will contact you to discuss any alterations to your appointment

  • Prices are intended as guide only. You will be charged for the services you receive, which may differ from the services you have booked.

  • Prices do not include any promotions, offers or discounts that you may be entitled to eg Recommended Friend, Colour Sale, etc.

  • Bookings made online may need to be slightly amended to fit in with salon time slots and stylists commitments. Please ensure that we have a current contact phone number for you (preferably a mobile!)

Medical conditions

Please inform us at the times of booking if you have any medical condition / contraindication which may affect or prevent your treatment i.e. high blood pressure, low blood pressure, pregnancy, heart condition, diabetes, epilepsy, broken bones, cancer, metal pins/plates, thyroid problems, allergies, varicose veins, anxiety attacks, asthma, migraines, prescribed medication, roaccutane/retinol , AHA peels, recent surgery, skin problems, viruses, autoimmune disease or other.


Patch Testing

A 48 hr sensitivity test is required before any tint or toning colour product can be used on a new client. A chemical waiver form may be supplied in certain instances should staff deem necessary.
Cancellation Policy – We understand that appointments will need to be changed or cancelled from time to time. In order to facilitate you and our clients, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice in these instances.
Please note our specific policies below:* A credit card is required when making your appointment.* 24 hours notice is required to cancel or amend an appointment.* If you fail to show for an appointment (without any prior notice given), a 100% cancellation charge will be applied.* The charge will be made without further notification if the required cancellation notice is not given.

Privacy Policy

We take privacy seriously and at any time, you may request a copy of information we have recorded about you. You may also request we remove all identifiable information with respect to yourself. As a matter of course, we will delete your identifiable information if you have not undertaken business with us after 5 years. For transparency, listed are the business services we provide and how each service uses the information we collect. Hair and beauty related services We request the minimum level of personally identifying information to run our business effectively. This is data you provide us directly, for example, your name and contact details. We store notes with respect to services we undertake to ensure we maintain and exceed our level of service. For example, your preferred hair style, colour formula codes, how you like your coffee and who your favourite stylists are. We consider you have provided consent for us to store personally identifying information and information about your services based on your receiving services from us. Depending on the particular service/s we are providing we may be required to ask questions related to your medical history. We will obtain your consent prior to storing information related to your medical history. Examples of medical data may be allergies, pregnancy or an injury that may impact our service. Appointment confirmations and reminders We will contact you via phone, email or SMS to confirm appointments made and remind you of upcoming appointments. We consider your having made the appointment as consent to undertake this activity but, if you want, you may opt out at any time. Appointment ratings and reviews After visiting us we may send you an email or SMS asking you to rate our services and provide feedback. We consider your having received services as consent to undertake this activity but, if you want, you may opt out at any time. Loyalty We consider becoming a member of our loyalty program as consent to send you emails related to the loyalty program but, if you want, you may opt out at any time. Marketing We will not undertake phone, mail, email or SMS marketing without you first providing consent for us to do so. Our marketing campaigns are automated and use rules based on services and products purchased and information we collect from you. For example, we may send marketing campaigns related to your birthday, the fact we miss you (you have not visited for 3 months) and other special days like Valentine's day and Christmas. You may opt out of receiving marketing material at any time. Data processors and data locations We use numerous leading software solutions within our business to provide the services listed above. These software solutions act as data processors and store and process data in numerous locations outside our business premise.
